Fees and Policies

Fees for web design are based on billable hours at the rate of $59.00 per hour. Billable hours vary from website to website. The minimum basic single page website is 12 hours from conception to activation on the web. Naturally, more complex websites require more billable hours. All fees for web design are due and payable in full at completion before your website becomes active on the web. The initial consultation is free. A minimum 50% deposit is required in advance before work on your website begins. This covers the cost of additional consultations, sample designs and design changes exclusive to your website. All websites are hosted by Yahoo Small Business web hosting and are subject to their terms and conditions. Web hosting fees are paid by you on a monthly basis directly to Yahoo Small Business web hosting. Yahoo web hosting fees start as low as $11.99 per month. These fees include but are not limited to, initial set up fees, domain name registration fees, and monthly access fees.

Power Dyne Computers and PDC Web Design’s liability is limited to the design of your website only. You may purchase website maintenance packages or choose to pay for changes and updates to your website on a per occurrence basis.
